Physiotherapy Services
Services include general physiotherapy, assessments for wheelchairs and walkers, occupational therapy referrals, exercises for preventive care for osteoarthritis and osteoporosis
A written referral from your family doctor is required
Fees are covered by OHIP
Portable equipment: in special cases. in-home services (in your residence) may be provided by a registered physiotherapist
The Wellness Centre nurse will submit the doctor's referral to the physiotherapist for follow up treatment
