Shepherd Terrace, one of four buildings on the Shepherd Village campus, is located at 3758 Sheppard Avenue in Toronto, beside the Agincourt Mall, south of the Tam O’Shanter Golf Course, and near the Agincourt District Library, Stephen Leacock Seniors Centre, and Scarborough Grace Hospital.

This accredited retirement residence offers two types of accommodation in a spacious, beautifully appointed environment for seniors who need some assistance with daily living activities.  With a complete recreation program, you can expect fantastic entertainment, exercise classes, social events, spiritual programming and more.  

Assisted Living (floors 3-5) - offers 112 single and double occupancy suites, ranging from 215 to 590 square feet with three meals per day and snacks, weekly housekeeping and laundry of linens and towels, emergency response and some nursing care included.  This is designed for people with a physical or mental health condition or health problem that reduces the kind or amount of activities they can do. 

Second Floor - offers 32 single and double occupancy suites ranging from 256 to 757 square feet with two meals per day and snacks, weekly housekeeping and laundry of linens and towels, and emergency response included.

The suites and common areas are perfectly suited to ensure residents enjoy their freedom, dignity and good companionship in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Cable, parking, heat and hydro are some of the additional costs covered in the monthly fee for this all inclusive lifestyle.
