Shepherd Manor, built in 1976, is an independent seniors’ apartment building with 263 bright, fully equipped bachelor, one and two bedroom apartments designed for active, mature adults. It is located at 125 Bonis Avenue in Toronto, beside the Agincourt Mall, south of the Tam O’Shanter Golf Course, and near the Agincourt District Library, Stephen Leacock Community Centre, and Scarborough Grace Hospital.

Each apartment has a four-piece bathroom, grab bars, individual thermostat, wall-to-wall carpeting, sheers and entry phone with security channel viewing. Features include comfortable lounges and coin operated laundry on each floor, heated indoor swimming pool, fitness room, library, activities and events organized by the residents’ council, landscaped grounds and more.
